By accessing or using SS AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

2. Service Description

SS AI provides AI-powered tools for self-storage operators, including but not limited to: chatbot services, review management (EchoRate), and analytics. Services are provided "as is" and subject to availability.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify SS AI of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Pricing and payment terms are provided during the signup process or via direct sales contact. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. SS AI reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SS AI services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: transmitting spam, viruses, or malicious code; attempting unauthorized access; or violating any applicable laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of SS AI services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. You retain ownership of your data and grant SS AI a license to use it solely to provide services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SS AI services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of SS AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SS AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

SS AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
